on tuesday at 2pm the media group including me went to the young vic to watch a panto. it was called ANNE GET YOUR GUN. it was a love/comedy/musical story. it was entertaining but it also told a story about 2 lovers who love to compete.
the panto was about a small town girl who was excellent at shooting, and a man who was the best shooter in town. the girl was ANNE and the man was FRANK. they knew nothing about each other. when they first met anne fell in love with frank but frank had a different taste in women and rejected anne's love.
at the staring of the shooting contest they met . everybody thought that she was gonna lose but suprisingly anne won but frank wasn't happy about it, infact he felt beaten.
but somehow he fell in love with anne too. their love blossomed as they were on their tour around the world. frank thought that he was the leader of the show but instead it was anne ,he thought he was in control of the show but he was wrong.
frank felt second best and left the show leaving just a letter for anne who couldn't even read.
anne was heartbroken. she decided to forget about frank and move on.

she became famouse worldwide but there was one city which she wasn't able to show her talent. NEW YORK CITY!!! and at NYC there was frank who was famous with the ladies..... his manager invited anne to a party were they would become partners again since both sides were broke!!!!!
they both wanted to see each other again and let their love come in . but when they met they had an arguemennt about their medals. anne only wanted to show him want she'd been up to but frank took it the wrong way. he only had 10 but anne had loads more than that ,she was trying to show of to her lover. so angry at each other they had a shooting contest but anne's gun was fixed to miss the shots!!! she was told to lose in purpose. but she couldn't.
frank insisted that they should be partners again and their love grew even stronger!!!! AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!!!!

I LOVED THIS PANTO IT MADE ME WANT TO GO ON AND ACT ALONG WITH THEM....
Good detailed description of the narrative, but make sure you REVIEW all elements of the production - see the guidelines by Ms Williams and on my blog (http://www.msgreigdiplomablog.blogspot.com/) - comment on the acting, set, costumes etc.
